You Know Spring is near when...
What's that groundhog's name...something Willie...well forget looking for his shadow I have my own indicator for Spring...THE OPEN HOUSE SIGN! And they're everywhere!!! Just got back from walking my rottie, Jaxon, and I passed 3 in my short walk...sorry Jaxon a bit nippy out there for me this morning...Spring Market is fast approaching and for all of the sellers out there you have to be ready for this session.
